A verse that I saw as ironic for the day, of course the irony was after we saw the election results. The day was November 5 – Election Day. The Verse was John 16:22. It says “Therefore you have sorrow but I will see you again and your heart will rejoice, and joy no one will take from you”.

Of course this is Jesus giving his farewell discourse beginning in the upper room. It was ironic in that when I read it I was thinking of the election and the failed policies compared to the time from when Donald Trump was in office from 2016-2020
